Non-Eligibility for Exchange & Return
At RARA Barefoot, we aim to provide a fair and hassle-free 30-day exchange experience while maintaining product quality and hygiene standards for all customers.
Exchange or Return Will Not Be Accepted If:

Product is excessively used or damaged
Products showing heavy wear, damage, washing, stains, cuts, alterations, sole tampering, or intentional misuse will not qualify for exchange or return. Minimal trial wear during the 30-day testing period is acceptable.

Original packaging is missing
The product must be returned with the original shoe box, tags, packaging, and any complimentary items received with the order.

Request is raised after 30 days of delivery
Exchange or return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised beyond this period will not be accepted

Product is damaged due to improper handling
Items damaged due to water exposure, chemicals, sharp objects, rough usage, or external factors not related to manufacturing defects are not eligible.

Multiple exchanges for the same order
Only one exchange per order/product is permitted under the 30-day trial policy, subject to stock availability.

Misuse of exchange policy
To ensure fairness, repeated misuse of the exchange system including excessive exchange requests, repeated order refusals, or abuse of trial benefits may result in restriction of exchange eligibility or Cash on Delivery access.

How: Email us (care@rarabarefoot.com) or Message us on WhatsApp (+971 52 764 5001) within 7 days. We reply in ≤ 24 hrs.
Timeline: Pick-up in 3-4 days → quality check 48 hrs → refund/dispatch process started

Process
Refund process to start post successful verification of the eligibility conditions upon receiving the return product. Timeline - 48 hours
Prepaid orders - to be refunded in the same instrument from which the payment was made. Timeline - 5 to 7 working days
COD orders - you will receive a link on WhatsApp and Email to input details to accept refund via Wallet/ Bank Account transfer. Timeline - 5 to 7 working days
